Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account: email address, name, and Google profile photo (via Google sign-in).
• App data: deals, sponsors, payments, and rate cards you create.
• Waitlist: email address, source of signup, and referral code if any.
• Diagnostics: IP, user agent, and basic error logs — used for security and debugging only.

How we use it

To run the product, send transactional emails (trial link, receipts), prevent abuse, and improve the service. We do not sell your data. We do not advertise on your data.

Sub-processors

• Supabase — waitlist and auth database (EU/US regions).
• Cloudflare Workers — application hosting.
• Resend — transactional email.
• Google — sign-in identity provider.
• Razorpay / Stripe — payment processing.

Your rights

You can request export or deletion of your account data at any time by emailing hello@creatorbridge.pro. We respond within 30 days.

Retention

Account data is kept while your account is active and for up to 90 days after deletion for backup and abuse-prevention purposes. Waitlist entries are kept until you unsubscribe or launch is complete.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Row-level security policies restrict database access. Payment card data never touches our servers — Razorpay and Stripe handle it directly.
